September 4, 2010 edit: Tweaked a few things that were bugging me. It's not quite "there" but it bugs me less now. 
This is the old version.
Ribbon from Kirby 64, enjoying some siesta time. ISN'T SHE ADORABLE.
The download is the Inkscape source file. I made the arm a separate layer so I could easily hide it and view her face unobstructed. :-D
